Wide Gap Plate Heat Exchangers Used for Gummy Food Ingredient Processing

The exchangers have been working very well for us. We are removing the blind plate to be able to perform a cleaning on the exchanger. We know that our process streams have a tendency to leave behind a residue and wish to evaluate how the buildup is. Our tube and shell exchangers need to be cleaned once or twice a quarter. So far it looks like we will have to clean these exchangers much less, which we are very happy about!
